Client Relations Manager

💙 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visit with families exploring care for an aging loved one—listen to their needs and offer guidance and support.
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure new clients start care smoothly and feel well cared for.
• Build relationships with local hospitals, community groups, case managers, and other referral sources.
• Represent BrightStar at events, support groups, and community gatherings.
• Learn the homecare industry from the ground up with plenty of mentorship and training.

✨ Who You Are:

• A great communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Friendly, empathetic, and comfortable meeting new people
• Interested in a long-term career in senior care, healthcare, or client support
• Organized, dependable, and eager to grow professionally
• Experience working with people—whether in customer service, healthcare, caregiving, hospitality, or community programs—is a plus, but not required
