About the team + role The Brokerage team is the core of Robinhood and is responsible for many of our founding products. As a member of this team, you'll be at the epicenter of the action, orchestrating and crafting the very essence of what defines Robinhood. As the senior designer for our zero-to-one project, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining a new product for Robinhood. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings. You will work closely with a cross-disciplinary team to give our retail traders a cutting edge in the market (Shhh…we’d love to tell you more, but it’s top secret for now). The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
