About the Role
We are representing a high-craft, luxury tequila brand dedicated to honouring tradition while shaping the future. Their first product, an expertly distilled and aged Añejo, is produced in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico by seasoned maestros. Each bottle is a testament to artisanal quality-crafted for tequila lovers, designed to be savoured, and destined to be featured in top-tier venues and home bars worldwide.
Position: Full-Time Brand Ambassador
Territory: New York Metro (including NYC's 5 boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester County)
Account Management Scope:
50-100 on-premise accounts
25-50 off-premise accounts
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to meet monthly sales objectives
Represent the brand professionally and with enthusiasm in all interactions
Develop in-depth knowledge of the product and the broader tequila market
Drive new distribution and account acquisition
Support and nurture newly on boarded accounts
Conduct staff training sessions and educational events
Secure both temporary and permanent menu placements
Organise consumer tastings and participate in promotional events
Create and share engaging social media content
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, particularly in ultra-premium Wines & Spirits
Established relationships within the Metro New York on- and off-premise channels
Proven success in meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets
Strong work ethic and commitment to building client relationships
Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgement, and maturity
Comfortable using digital tools and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for events and brand activation's
Genuine passion for the spirits industry and premium tequila
