We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team and play an important role in our corporate recruitment process. This role will also provide administrative assistance to the HR department and HRBP. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, be detailed, process-oriented, and work well in a deadline-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Play a key role in US recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (JobDiva)
• ​Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with drafting job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment communications.
• Support HR Business Partner with administrative tasks, examples include maintaining employee records, employee engagement tasks, and assisting with department initiatives and projects.​

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 year of recruitment experience, ideally in a staffing setting.
• ​Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with all levels of the organization
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team.
