• Platform Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of our platform to support seamless integration of localization and translation services.
• Translation Management: Manage the translation process, including coordinating with external vendors, ensuring quality control, and optimizing workflows.
• Global Links: Ensure the accuracy and relevance of global links across our products, maintaining consistency and usability for international users.
• Machine Learning Integration: Leverage machine learning technologies to enhance localization and translation processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to align localization and translation efforts with overall product goals.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of users in different regions and use these insights to inform product decisions.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of localization and translation initiatives.
