Purpose: Strategic and results-driven to lead and optimize a digital presence and content strategy. Develop and implement marketing campaigns, produce engaging video content, and manage a dynamic content calendar across platforms. Manages marketing material inventory, tradeshow fulfillment and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (from concept through execution and post-campaign analysis) to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
  • Oversee the planning and management of the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery across all platforms and alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish compelling short-form videos and multimedia assets tailored for social and digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and engagement metrics, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with corporate clients and internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency across all touch points.
  • Stay current on industry trends, digital innovations, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance strategy.
  • Draft and optimize content for multiple channels, including social media, emails, blogs, landing pages, and paid campaigns.
  • Support occasional marketing fulfillment duties including POS material organization and tradeshow display prep.
  • Manage marketing inventory and coordinate fulfillment for third-party warehouses.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience with video content creation and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut.
  • Strong track record of managing content calendars, timelines, and cross-channel content distribution.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and marketing automation software.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies and performance reports.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creativity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media strategy, and content marketing best practices a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for POS and trade show display materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
