Job Description

Labor Finders is seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Furniture Delivery & Assembly Laborers . This role involves building, assembling, and delivering furniture to customer residences. Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving heavy items regularly throughout the day.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble various types of furniture according to instructions and quality standards.

• Load and unload furniture from delivery vehicles.

• Deliver furniture to customer homes in a safe and professional manner.

• Navigate stairways, narrow hallways, and tight spaces while handling heavy loads.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition.

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

   

  Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs.

• Previous experience in furniture delivery, warehouse labor, or general construction is a plus.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
